Borderline Autistic

If I am just sitting in a chair / floor it is very normal for me to rock front-to-back or rotate my upper body in circles. A previous girlfriend that had dealt with autistic people professionally was very concerned about how similar this behavior was to that of the autistic. I sometimes have similar concerns.
