Awards

At my college the improv troupe was a small subset of the theater club. Every year the theater club held an award ceremony for best actor, best set design, etc. The improv troupe had never had their own award though.

My freshman year, they created a "Rookie of the Year Award." I was the first winner.

My junior year, they created a "MVP Award." I was the first winner.

I have better skills now, but I just can't tap into the explosive spontaneity that I had back then with any consistency any more.
